Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. If the Monday is a statutory holiday, the meeting is usually held on the following Tuesday. Only one meeting per month is held in July, August, and December. Regular Council meetings begin with a Closed Session followed by the public portion. Matters discussed during the Closed Session portion of the meeting must fall within one of the exceptions to disclosure as outlined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
